CGS Premier tubular aluminum or steel chassis construction far exceeds standard trailer manufacturers products, creating an industry leading, light weight, durable and long lasting superstructure
•We fabricate our all welded aluminum or steel chassis in house, with full rectangular or square steel tube floor, wall and roof frames to create an extremely rigid platform
•All exposed steel framing is primed and painted with industrial grade enamel paint to protect it from corrosion and add long-term durability
•Dexter commercial grade heavy duty axles with load rated tires and painted steel wheels provide a reliable, industry standard suspension, serviceable nationwide.

INTERIOR
•Marine grade plywood subfloors are painted for double protection from the elements, creating a solid foundation for cabinets, displays, and many years of hard use
•Polyisocyanurate foil faced foam insulation is used in walls and ceiling to maximize the efficiency of the climate control systems and add sound deadening
•Plywood interior wall panels are screwed to the aluminum or steel framing and sanded smooth. They are then laminated in place with an enamel coated aluminum sheet for a washable, durable, anti-microbial finish. The plywood backer and aluminum or steel framing provides a solid structure for mounting cabinets and displays and combine to add additional rigidity to the structure
•Interior divider and bulkhead walls are a full 4-1/2” thick, allowing for the installation of standard commercial door jambs and hardware.
HYDRAULICS
Custom self-contained hydraulic systems with remote control pendant for deployment and leveling of our CGS Premier proprietary Drop Trailer (US. 9,868,380) systems, designed for reliability and ease of use.
ROOF
Full plywood roof surface is screwed to the welded aluminum or steel tube roof structure. A seamless aluminum roof sheet is then completely bonded to the plywood, then perimeter screwed and lap sealed to extruded top rail.
PRODUCT
Customizable, self-contained convertible display trailer aka - CGS Premier proprietary EXT Trailer (US. 9,896,017), designed for reliability and ease of setup and use.
• Commercial grade mobile application-specific generators in factory sound-attenuated cabinets with rubber isolation mounts provide quiet, reliable power
• Generator compartments are lined with sound deadening, foil faced foam with custom intake plenums and extended exhaust outlets to further reduce sound and vibration
• All compartment doors are double sealed and have locking paddle compression latches for security
• Commercial grade load centers and wiring designed for mobile applications is installed to meet or exceed NEC standards
• Shore power inlets are rated to power the entire system, with automatic transfer switching to allow connection to local power when available
• Electrically powered linear actuators raise and lower canopies and rooftop marquees, eliminating the need for ladders, keeping staff safely on the ground
• Electric winches raise and lower stages and are installed with accessibility in mind to provide field serviceability should a failure occur
• An independent 12v battery power system provides power for the lights, actuators and hydraulic system without the need to start the generator during set up
• Energy efficient LED interior and exterior lighting throughout, available in numerous configuration options.
• Commercial grade split unit HVAC systems are combined with auxiliary electric heating units for efficient climate control in all weather conditions
• A variety of commercial grade flooring options including continuous roll sheet and LVP/LVT stand up to many years of wear and tear
• Cabinets fabricated entirely of powder coated of aluminum for utility, or custom fabricated from furniture grade plywood with your choice of laminate, all with locking doors and drawers, designed specifically for mobile applications
• Countertops are custom fabricated in our shop and available in budget friendly powder coated metal, high pressure laminate, or premium solid surface materials
